In addition to our field sales force, all customers here in Aschaffenburg or at any other branch have their own personal customer service associate who processes their orders, supplies them with samples exclusively and shares the latest information with them.
Being a "purveyor" of the international fashion industry we employ a number of staff – also as part of our team at our Head Office in Aschaffenburg – from various countries like France, Italy, Turkey, Romania, Russia and China.
Additionally, we have establishments in the EU, Hong Kong, China and India. It goes without saying that we can offer our clients contacts who speak their mother tongue and thus are able to bridge any communication gaps to meet their specific requirements.
